Rotinah is an American of Zimbabwean descent and Founder/ President of WAPAH Project. She has a big heart and a passion for women and their children. In 2001, she began assisting under-served families to fight poverty and hunger. In 2015, she founded WAPAH Project, a non-profit organization where she will be able to help underprivileged families on a larger scale. She is married and a mother of three with a background in Business Management. Her career included positions at TD Ameritrade Inc, ConAgra Foods, and Thomas Fitzgerald Veterans Home where she worked in the Dietary Department. In 2014, she published a cookbook entitled "American and Around The Globe Cuisine". She was featured in a TV commercial for the University of Nebraska Medical Center and played a role as a Tanzanian nurse for an independent film. She has participated in fashion shows for major clothing stores in Omaha.
